भारतीय नागरिकों से ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं जो 01.04.2025 तक निम्नलिखित योग्यताएं और अन्य पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करते हैं, ताकि भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की रजिस्ट्री में वरिष्ठ न्यायालय सहायक-सह-वरिष्ठ प्रोग्रामर के 6 पदों और कनिष्ठ न्यायालय सहायक-सह-कनिष्ठ प्रोग्रामर (समूह ‘बी’ गैर राजपत्रित पद) के 20 पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए उपयुक्त उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जा सके। यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि रिक्तियों की संख्या आवश्यकता के अधीन बदल सकती है।

आरक्षण
अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों और दिव्यांगों के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए सीधी भर्ती में आरक्षण वरिष्ठ न्यायालय सहायक-सह-वरिष्ठ प्रोग्रामर और कनिष्ठ न्यायालय सहायक-सह-कनिष्ठ प्रोग्रामर के पदों के लिए निर्धारित वेतनमान के अनुरूप वेतनमान वाले पदों के संबंध में भारत सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी नियमों, आदेशों और अधिसूचनाओं के अनुसार होगा, जो भारत के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्दिष्ट किए जाने वाले ऐसे संशोधन, परिवर्तन या अपवाद के अधीन होंगे। वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की लिखित परीक्षा और वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की तकनीकी योग्यता परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को ही व्यावहारिक योग्यता परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए बुलाया जाएगा और जो अभ्यर्थी व्यावहारिक योग्यता परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होंगे, उन्हें साक्षात्कार बोर्ड के समक्ष साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होना होगा और न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक प्राप्त करके साक्षात्कार में उत्तीर्ण होना होगा।
प्रत्येक परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक 50% हैं। हालांकि, योग्य उम्मीदवारों की संख्या व्यावहारिक योग्यता परीक्षा के लिए रिक्तियों की संख्या के अधिकतम 10 गुना तक सीमित होगी। इसी प्रकार, दोनों पदों के लिए साक्षात्कार के लिए, योग्य उम्मीदवारों की संख्या प्रत्येक पद के लिए कुल रिक्तियों की अधिकतम 3 गुना तक सीमित होगी। निर्धारित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में अर्हता प्राप्त करने के बाद, चयनित उम्मीदवारों को योग्यता के क्रम में सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा।
उम्मीदवार ध्यान दें कि पैनल में स्थान पाने मात्र से उम्मीदवारों को वरिष्ठ न्यायालय सहायक-सह-वरिष्ठ प्रोग्रामर और कनिष्ठ न्यायालय सहायक-सह-कनिष्ठ प्रोग्रामर के पद पर नियुक्ति का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता है। परीक्षाएँ पाँच शहरों में आयोजित की जाएँगी, अर्थात् दिल्ली/एनसीआर, मुंबई, कोलकाता, हैदराबाद और बेंगलुरु (बैंगलोर)। उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता क्रम में कोई भी दो शहर चुनने का विकल्प चुनना होगा। उम्मीदवार ध्यान दें कि प्रशासनिक कारणों से उन्हें दी गई वरीयता को छोड़कर किसी अन्य शहर में स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है।
| आवेदन का पंजीकरण और शुल्क का भुगतान | |
| योग्य उम्मीदवारों को दोनों पदों के लिए अलग-अलग ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा, जिसके लिए लिंक सुप्रीम कोर्ट की वेबसाइट www.sci.gov.in के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। प्रत्येक पद के लिए आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण के माध्यम से स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। उम्मीदवारों को सामान्य/ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 1000/- रुपये और एससी/एसटी/भूतपूर्व सैनिक/दिव्यांग/स्वतंत्रता सेनानी के आश्रित उम्मीदवारों के लिए 250/- रुपये का गैर-वापसी योग्य आवेदन/परीक्षा शुल्क और बैंक शुल्क केवल ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से देना होगा। किसी अन्य रूप में शुल्क स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। कोई डाक आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। शुल्क का भुगतान यूको बैंक द्वारा प्रदान किए गए भुगतान गेटवे के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन किया जाएगा। | |

निसकर्ष
अभ्यर्थी को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करते समय अपने हाल ही के फोटोग्राफ, हस्ताक्षर और अपेक्षित दस्तावेजों की स्कैन की हुई कॉपी अपलोड करनी होगी। अभ्यर्थी को आवेदन पत्र को अंतिम रूप से जमा करने से पहले यह सुनिश्चित कर लेना चाहिए कि ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में भरे गए विवरण सभी तरह से सही हैं। एक बार जमा किए गए आवेदन को वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता है या संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
